Absolutely fantastic. The day after the melbourne hailstorms (Jan 20) we were in real trouble with over 40 broken tiles, some completely shattered.
Brian responded within 15 mins of me posting the job, and was in the area fixing other people woes. he was there within the hour, and had me patched up for the rain that started falling as he was finishing. He finished the job even though he was soaking up on the roof.
He then returned with matched tiles and finished the job very quickly, and very well.
Price was very reasonable too. He is a lifesaver, and I would not hestitate to recommend him to anyone.
Brian provided fast friendly service within days of inspecting job.
Repointed the roof edge tiles with a great matching colour and replaced some cracked tiles which had previously been siliconed in a bodgy job before we moved into house.

He went up on the house roof, found the problem and after discussing and agreeing to the cost, fixed it with my permission. No fuss, no bother.

Brian was excellent! He attended to the job within half an hour of getting in contact.
He fixed the problem, recommended someone to do the rest of the repairs and also recommended further repairs to the roof which i wasn't aware was needed.
